Build a Network of Professionals from Around the World...

Our program participants represent a multitude of nationalities from all across the globe. After graduation, many have found themselves pursuing highly sought after careers that have often given them the opportunity to further cross international boundaries. The School aims to assist participants to keep in touch with their fellow MSc(PM) Alumni and to build a strong global network of senior executives.
Increase your International Exposure and Understanding...

Modules taught are not restricted to only the local context but are designed to address a truly regional and international setting in development and construction. Case studies are drawn from international projects having global impact and are structured to provide first hand practical application of project management theories.

Obtain a Master's Degree Without Interrupting your Career...

Designed specifically for construction and property development professionals to further enhance their intellectual and academic capabilities without interrupting their work commitments, the modules are taught through lectures, workshops and discussions that are conducted in the evenings. This alleviates any interruption to one's normal office work hours. Added flexibility is afforded through the option of modules in lieu of the dissertation when one is unable to devote the necessary time and effort that research demands.
Learn How To Manage not What To Manage…

The time spent in lectures and discussions offers a conducive and effective learning environment that induces awareness, knowledge development and critical thinking through active debates and deliberations. Workshops are conducted that use hands-on exercises to inculcate a definite sense of logical and rational decision making under simulated project development scenarios. Discussions are made more relevant through the use of real issues and input from fellow professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
